When looking for a solicitor its very important to ensure that the solicitor in question has experience in the relevant field that you require. Also solicitor costs vary greatly, but some solictors offer legal advise vouchers to help with the costs. Make sure that the solicitor that you choose you can get on with as they may be around for a while.

Great information. And, I have some question. My group has number of potential customers that we want to refer to reputable personal injury lawyer, and they all seem to ask similar question. Some people have BTE, but some don’t. So when a solicitor identifies if a client holds “before the event” insurance policy, does it influence his decision and affect his willingness to proceed with the case? The insurance covers all legal expenses and costs for pursuing a personal injury claim, and cost for legal expenses from the other side if the client’s claim is unsuccessful, but if clients do not have such policy then how can they go about representation by contingency lawyers?
